Information and useful recommendations when it comes to planning your visit to Oceanogràfic Valencia

  • General admission > For those over 12 years of age. | Buy here!
  • Child ticket > Only for children aged 4 to 12. | Buy here!
    • Children under 4 years old are free. They do not need any kind of ticket to enter. You must show proof of age with an official document at the ticket offices and/or turnstiles at the entrance to the venue.
  • OAP ticket > For those aged over 65, pensioners and retirees. For this type of ticket, proof must be presented at the ticket office and/or turnstiles. | Buy here!
  • Disabled ticket > Only for persons with a minimum of 33% disability. For this type of ticket, proof must be presented at the ticket office and/or turnstiles. | Buy here!
  • Combined > To visit the Oceanogràfic, the Hemisfèric and the Museu de les Ciències. They can be purchased to visit all the sites on the same day or to visit them on consecutive days (1 site per day). You can choose which day to visit each venue during the purchase process. | Buy here!

GROUP TICKETS

Available only for groups of 20 or more. For these tickets, please send a request to reservas@oceanografic.org.

During the purchase process, it is necessary to select the session for each ticket. In other words, you will have to select the desired time slot for the visit.

“From” or “access time” means that you will only be able to enter the Oceanogràfic from the time you have selected during the purchase process and not in advance, and you will be able to stay in the aquarium until closing time.

*IMPORTANT: Experiences can only be added as an extra to your Oceanogràfic ticket.

We recommend arriving a half an hour early to make sure you get a seat for the dolphin shows.

You can only leave and enter the Oceanogràfic in the following cases:

  • If you have any type of combined ticket for the Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències, provided the visit date to one of the sites (Hemisfèric and/or Museu de les Ciències) are the same day as the Oceanogràfic.
  • School groups > A wristband per group of students will be provided to the supervisor.
  • Unforeseen situations of large crowds or special groups. > In these cases, notice will be given in advance; however, you can also see it at the Information Point of the aquarium access building.

All our buildings are adapted with ramps and/or elevators to ensure visitors can access any point of the premises, be that in a wheelchair or with a pram.

Pets are not allowed to enter Oceanogràfic.

Only guide dogs licensed according to the Law of the Regional Government of Valencia 12/2003 of 10 April are permitted entry.

  • Free WiFi service in various area of Oceanogràfic.
  • Parking service.
    • 800 places available.
    • Maximum height 2,10m.
    • The cost is €2.30/hour.
    • Parking is not available 24h. Open for vehicles up to 1 hour before closing time of the aquarium and for exit up to a half an hour after closing.
    • Presenting your Oceanogràfic ticket in stores, you’ll receive a flat rate from €7/day, except in high season and/or special holidays, which will be priced at €8/day.
  • Wheelchair service.
    • You can request hire of a manual wheelchair at the Information Point of the Access building. A deposit of €10 is required.
    • The deposit will be returned once the chair is returned.
  • Breastfeeding and changing facilities for babies.
    • You can find these rooms on the ground floor of the Access Building. Just beside the Information Point.
  • Audioguide service.
    • Audioguide price: €4 per unit and €7 for 2 units.
    • Find out more at the Oceanogràfic ticket office.
    • The Oceanogràfic is responsible for the custody of the documentation necessary for the purchase of the audioguide during the client’s visit. However, the client will be responsible for the withdrawal of the document or deposit when returning the audioguide.
  • Locker service for leaving your belongings.
    • You can find these rooms on the ground floor of the Access Building.
    • Prices are €3, €4 or €5 depending on the size of the locker.
    • Only card payments are accepted.
    • You can open and close the locker as many times as you need throughout the day.

Find everything you need to remember your visit at our stores.

  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
    • With the exception of school groups who must be accompanied by their supervisor.
  • It is not permitted to enter wearing swimwear or bare-chested. Right of admission reserved.
  • You must retain your ticket for the duration of your visit.
  • Follow instructions of staff on the premises at all times.
  • You must enter and leave by the doors indicated, avoiding the use of emergency doors, unless circumstances require their use.
  • Outside food is not permitted.
  • Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas, except the dolphin enclosure, terraces or restaurants and areas where large crowds congregate.
  • Bathing in ponds is not permitted.
  • Photography or filming for professional purposes without the express authorisation of the company is prohibited.
  • The price of tickets will not be refunded once acquired.
  • The company reserves the right to amend to programme of activities, screenings and/or dolphin shows.
  • The company is not responsible for loss of belongings on the property.
  • The company offers a photography service to visitors who wish to avail of it. These photographs are for souvenir purposes only and records are destroyed at the end of the day.
  • Visitors must observe the strict rules for each of the facilities.
  • For dolphin shows, please arrive early to facilitate access.
  • The use of flash photography is not permitted.
  • It is not permitted to touch or bang on the aquarium or give food to the animals.
  • The use of selfie sticks or underwater cameras is not permitted.
  • The Red Sea Auditorium is a facility dedicated to different events/exhibitions and may be closed for organisational reasons.
