Mr. Pedro García Ribot (2009-2011)

General Manager of the City of Arts and Sciences since December 2009 to September 2011.

He was appointed Public Administration General Manager of the Government of Valencia in 2007, position that he held until 2009.

Graduated in Medicine and Surgery, Otorhinolaryngology and family medical specialist, he has held several positions in different health centres of the Region of Murcia along his career path until 1983 when he begins to develop the functions in the Valencian Community.

He held the positions of Medical Coordinator of Ayora area until 2007 when he joined the Autonomous Administration.

 

 

Mr. Jorge Vela Bargues (2005-2009)

Graduate in Economics and Business Studies from the University of Valencia and Accounts Auditor.

He was risk Manager of the Valencian Institute of Finances until his appointment as General Manager of Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias. He has also worked as Director of Stocks at LIBERTAS 7, S.A, in GRANT THORNTON INTERNATIONAL (UNIAUDIT) and was General Manager of FC&M, Sociedad Rectora del Mercado de Futuros y Opciones sobre Cítricos, S.A.

 

 

Mr. José Manuel Aguilar Colás (2002-2005)

Graduate in Business Studies, 1992, from the University of Valencia. Chartered Accountant.

September 1999 : joined Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, S.A., firstly in the position of Operations Manager and then as Administration Director until July 2002 when he was appointed General Manager of Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, S.A., until January 2005.

 

 

Ms. Pilar García Argüelles Navarro (1999-2002)

Graduate in Law from the University of Valencia. General Administration Manager at Valencia City Council.

In January 1999 she was appointed General Manager of Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, a position which she held until July 2002.

In July 2002 , she was appointed Director of Presidency Office of the Regional Government of Valencia, a position which she held until May 2003.

From June 2003 until September 2005, she held the position of Major Projects Manager at Valencia City Council.

From October 2005 until Juny 2007, she held the position of Manager of Project Coordination in the Department of Economy, Inland Revenue and Employment of the Government of Valencia.

In June 2007, she hold the position of Manager of Presidence Office in Valencian Parliament

 

 

Mr. Miguel Navarro Navarro (1996-1999)

Graduate in Law and Business Studies, Valencia. In 1996 he was appointed General Manager of Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, a position which he held for three years.
